Rates and Payments
Payment Methods
Your security deposit, processing fee, and all rental payments may be paid using any of the following methods:
- Online - No Service Charge (preferred method)
To make a payment online, log into myBYU/Route Y, click on "Financial Center" under Campus Resources in the QuickLinks module. Once in My Financial Center, click on "Make a Payment", select the charges you would like to pay, select the method of payment, then click "Continue". Housing and meal plans may be paid together in one payment, provided you check the box next to both the meal plan and the housing charges. There is no added fee to pay for housing or meal plans with a credit card.

Wymount Terrace Rates
Rent is due the first day of every month. A $20 late fee will be charged if payment is not received in full by the tenth day of the month. Rates typically increase 3-5% every year, effective September 1.
Electricity charges are posted to your university account around the middle of each month, and are due on the first day of the following month.
