Supplemental Compensation (Administrative)

A Two-Part Process

Supplemental compensation is any compensation paid in addition to base pay for professionally-related services rendered outside of regular assignments and working hours. This information is intended for administrative employees only.

Part One

  1. Fill out the "Request for Approval" form prior to work being performed. (See attached form "Part 1" below)
  2. Acquire requested signatures.
  3. Submit completed form to Compensation (D-240 ASB) for approval.
  4. After request has been approved, employee may perform work.

Part Two (after work has been completed):

  1. Fill out the "Request for Payment" form. (See attached form "Part 2" below)
  2. Acquire requested signatures.
  3. Submit completed form to Compensation (D-240 ASB) for payroll processing.
