Dec 25-26, 2008 (Thurs/Fri) – Christmas Holiday
Jan 1-2, 2009 (Thurs/Fri) – New Year’s Holiday
Jan 19, 2009 (Mon) – Martin Luther King Day
Feb 16, 2009 (Mon) – President’s Day
May 25, 2009 (Mon) – Memorial Day
July 3, 2009 (Fri) – Independence Day
July 24, 2009 (Fri) – Pioneer Day

Pay Period Schedule - Bi-weekly

Each pay period will cover two weeks, beginning with a Saturday and ending on a Friday.  Pay for the pay period will be issued on a Monday, ten days after the end of the pay period.  For those who have their check deposited directly to a financial institution, the deposit will usually take place on a Friday (seven days after the end of the pay period). 

Staff increases will be effective at the beginning of the pay period which includes September 1.  Therefore, the 2008-2009 salaries will be effective August 23, 2008.

After You Get the Job

Congratulations on your new job!Go to the Employment Services Office (D-70 ASB) to complete your new hire paperwork. This includes 1) setting up your direct deposit information, 2) completing a W-4 form, and 3) completing an I-9 form.You will be also required to present a Social Security card for Payroll tax purposes.In the event, you do not have an original Social Security card, follow the directions listed below.
