Accommodations
During your conference or camp, we do our best to ensure that your stay with us is a comfortable one. Please note, conference accommodations and housing areas are assigned months prior to the conference. With the exception of Campus Education Week and Women’s Conference, requesting a specific housing area or building will not be possible.
Below is an explanation of each on-campus housing area.
Helaman Halls
Helaman Halls, on the west side of campus, consists of nine, three-story buildings. There are two guests per room and the rooms are furnished with two beds, desks, and closets, as well as a shelving system. All beds are extra-long twins and may be raised approximately 3 feet high. A vanity with a sink and mirror is also included in each room, as well as a small refrigerator. Community bathrooms are shared by each floor. Microwaves, vending machines, televisions, and pianos are located in the lobbies and/or basements of each building.
David John Hall has bathrooms that are shared between two rooms rather than a floor bathroom and standard twin beds, not extra-long twin beds.
